Chiropractic General:
Chiropractic. . .
The aim of chiropractic is to provide pain relief and to restore function. Chiropractors help their patients to maintain and optimise their health and well-being.
At the Caldecotte Lake Chiropractic and Acupuncture clinic in Milton Keynes you will receive holistic care by an experienced chiropractor for backpain, neckpain, elbow pain, shoulderpain (and frozen shoulder), headaches and wrist pain.

With a regular chiropractic health check you are looking after your spine and helping your nervous system. This will give you more mobility, lasting vitality, better quality of life and make the recurrence of bad spells less likely.
Chiropractic care is holistic – that means we aim to treat you as a whole and not just relieve your symptoms. You can choose between short term pain relief or restoring optimum function. Chiropractic treatment includes specific joint manipulation, joint mobilisation and soft tissue work e.g. massage.
These techniques are designed to improve the function of joints that in turn help to relieve pain and reduce muscle spasm and improve nervous system function.
There are three stages of Chiropractic Care
1.Initial Intensive Care
This is where most people begin their chiropractic care. Visits can be frequent, depending upon the severity of your condition. The primary focus is to eliminate your most obvious symptoms.
2.Rehabilitative Care
With your pain diminished, the objective is to stabilise spinal function and promote a more complete healing. Muscle and soft tissues of the spine are strengthened during this stage of your care, helping to avoid a relapse.
3.Wellbeing Care
Regular chiropractic checkups can save time, money and discomfort by helping to avoid small problems developing into something serious. Some people need these to avoid problems recurring while others can still choose this option if help in maintaining optimum health is function is desired.

Hi, im currently suffering with my left s.i joint and wondered if you could help. Im currently getting massage therapy and doing stretching, which is helping reduce the pain, but my left joint feels as though its slighting bulging out, compared to the right one.
Many Thanks
